SUMMARY

In this role, you will be working with cross-functional teams and the clients, in executing and managing all digital ad campaigns across different digital channels, from pre-campaign execution, campaign execution (setup campaign tracking, optimize campaign delivery, etc), and post-campaign execution. You will be responsible to ensure all ads come with a robust end-to-end commercial strategy, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the client needs.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies, marketing ideas, strengthen the brand and positioning of products.
• Provide customer support to manage, monitor, and engage customers via various platforms, including but not limited to, social media, email, phone, and chat.
• Respond promptly to customers on a timely basis on all social engagement, address any issues escalated from customers, and establish a good relationship with customers.

SUMMARY

We are looking for a Fridge Repair Technician with our company, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of fridges, performing routine maintenance tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively, and that our customers are completely satisfied with our work.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in refrigeration repair or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in fridge repair and maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
